The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. As new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you read through the data protection declaration again at regular intervals.
Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 of the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO).
Access information
We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the website server. The following data is protocolled in this way:
- Website visited
- Time at the time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP-address used
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data must be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.
Cookies
We do not use cookies on our website.
Handling contact details
If you send us an email, your details will be stored electronically for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. On the one hand, this can happen according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f of the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO), as you and we have an interest in proper processing. On the other hand, it can be done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) for the fulfilment of a contract or for the initiation of such a contract.
However, your email address and all other personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
How long will your data be stored?
We process and store your personal data only within the scope of the aforementioned purposes. If the purpose is no longer applicable and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary, your data will be deleted immediately.
Rights of the user
You have the right to:
- Information also Art. 15 DSGVO
- Correction according to Art. 16 DSGVO
- Deletion ("right to be forgotten") according to Art. 17 DSGVO
- Restriction of processing (blocking) according to Art. 18 DSGVO
- Objection according to Art. 21 DSGVO (you will find separate information on this at the end of this data protection notice)
- Data transferability from Art. 20 DSGVO
With regard to the right to information and the right to deletion, the restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) apply. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).
Right of objection
Of course, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
The grounds for an objection may arise from
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e. DSGVO (data processing in the public interest) or
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO (data processing on the basis of a legitimate interest)
The objection does not require any special form; in particular, it does not have to be in writing.
You can send your objection to our data protection officer, for example.
Public procedure directory
Pursuant to Section 4g of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the data protection officer or the responsible body must make the information specified in Section 4 e of the BDSG available to anyone in an appropriate manner upon request.
